Pastor Buegler connects Palm Sunday to our Read Scripture Challenge themes of King David, the temple in Jerusalem, and God's amazing promise in 2 Samuel chapter 7. 

As we enter the book of 1 Samuel in the Read Scripture Challenge, Pastor Josh walks us through a story where Israel's pride is their downfall. What can we learn from Israel, but more importantly, what lesson of humility can we learn from Jesus?

Our Read Scripture Challenge takes us into the book of Judges this week. Pastor Smith gives an overview of this 400 year portion of Israel's history and discusses the human challenge of sorting out right from wrong...and how we need a greater Judge to do this process for us.

Pastor Buegler covers the book of Joshua and the choice Israel (and we) have between serving the Lord or anyone/anything else. 

Pastor Josh takes us through the second half of Deuteronomy, where Moses gives the people of Israel a choice between following God (leading to life) or turning a different direction (leading to death).
